By connecting to our game servers (including Java, Bedrock, or Eaglercon connections), accessing play.pandigmacraft.net, using our store, or participating in our community spaces (such as Discord), you ("the User", "Player") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not connect to our servers or use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all actions taken on your Minecraft or Discord account while connected to our network. "My sibling used my computer" is not an acceptable excuse for violations.

2. Player Conduct & Rules
To keep our community safe and fair, all players must abide by the rules outlined below. Violations will result in temporary or permanent mutes, kicks, or bans.

No Cheating or Hacked Clients: Modifying your client to gain an unfair advantage (e.g., x-ray, fly hacks, auto-clickers, reach modifications) is strictly prohibited.

Exploits and Glitches: Duping items, exploiting map glitches, or using game-breaking bugs is forbidden. Report bugs to staff immediately.
Community Etiquette: Swearing, harassment, hate speech, toxicity, sharing personal information (doxxing), and spamming in global or local chat channels will not be tolerated.

Fair Play: Respect player property where applicable (no unauthorized griefing in designated protected zones).

3. Virtual Goods & Store Purchases
PandigmaCraft offers coins for purchase in our server store that can then be used to redeem for ranks, cosmetics, keys, and currency through our coin shop on our server.

Strict No-Refund Policy: All transactions made on the PandigmaCraft store are final. Because virtual items are delivered instantly, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

Chargeback Consequences: Opening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment handler will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the PandigmaCraft network.

EULA Compliance: Our storefront operates in compliance with Mojang Studios' Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines. Purchased items are primarily for cosmetics, convenience, or non-pay-to-win progression.

Server Interruption: PandigmaCraft does not guarantee virtual items will exist permanently. Items may be modified or lost during necessary server wipes, resets, or updates.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content
Server Ownership: All custom textures, code, builds, lore, artwork, logos, and plugin configurations are the sole property of PandigmaCraft.

User Submissions: By building on our server or submitting content (suggestions, media, logs), you grant PandigmaCraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, modify, and host that content.

5. Staff Authority & Administration
Right to Terminate Access: The PandigmaCraft Administration reserves the right to mute, kick, or permanently ban any player at any time, for any reason, with or without prior warning or explanation.

Staff Discretion: Server helpers, moderators, and admins have final authority on interpreting rules. Arguing with or harassing staff over a punishment will result in escalated penalties. The Owner of the server has the exclusive and final say over all staff actions.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Service: PandigmaCraft is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that the server will be online 24/7, lag-free, or completely secure.

Not an Official Minecraft Product: PandigmaCraft is NOT an official Minecraft product. We are not associated with or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

Limited Liability: In no event shall PandigmaCraft, its owners, or staff be liable for any damages, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from your use or inability to use our network.

7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the server after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
