What Staff Members Do

Staff members are the backbone of PandigmaCraft. They help keep the server running smoothly and make sure everyone has a great experience.

As a staff member, you may:

• Help players with questions and problems
• Keep chat friendly and respectful
• Report bugs and issues
• Welcome new players
• Guide players who are just getting started
• Help maintain a positive community

You do not need to know everything before applying. We will help you learn along the way.

Starting as a Helper

Most staff members begin as a Helper. This is the entry-level position and the best way to learn how the staff team works.

Helpers focus on assisting players and being active in the community. This role is important because it builds trust and shows that you are ready for more responsibility.

Over time, Helpers who stay active and do a great job may be promoted to higher staff roles.

What We Look For

We look for players who genuinely want to help the community grow.

Staff Member Requirements:

• Be at least 14 years of age (slight exceptions may be granted).
• Be mature, patient and fair.
• Be fluent in the English language.
• Have a good understanding of our rules and values.
• Be an active and positive member of the community.
• Be ready to dedicate time and effort to your role.
• Have a Discord account and check it regularly - this is our primary form of communication.

ATTENTION:
Applicants who fail to meet the requirements above will not be considered. Please allow a few weeks for us to review your application.

You do not need past staff experience to apply. Being friendly and reliable matters much more.
